Probably a PBC move which makes sense they try to get the last pennies out of Spence and its a good fight to evaluate where both of them stand if Spence losses against a Tszyu he is done anyway but shifts some eyes over too Tszyu. If Spence wins even better they will line him up for a big fight and get some more money out of him.

However this move shows me Tszyu Team does not believe in him at all they know Adames is gone, alimkhanuly is gone and Lara is on his way out as well. The problem is the 154 guys a pretty big and will move up soon and Adames might move down again and then there is Hernandez who would knockout Tszyu in 2 rounds.
