“Mr Honesty” himself, this dude is shady and has made several questionable calls, always concerned when I see him in a big fight.

Excellent write-up. One of the better refs today.

I like Taylor's reffing style. It is very much out of the way and you rarely see him stick out in the fight. He also reminds me of Gary Busey for some reason, lol. I can't say I recall any fights that he had a bad call on. I think I do recall the Acosta fight referenced in the article and was disappointed by the outcome, but didn't remember that Thomas worked that fight. Nor do I have a crazy problem with it after the fact. There is truth to be told that stopping a fight sooner than later obviously keeps a fighter healthy and lets them fight on another day. Regardless of something being stopped too soon or not. It's just the facts.

Taylor is one of the best refs out there no doubt but i also have Young very high on my list.

If you wanna list some bad refs it's easy. Let's start with all british refs + Luis Pabon

He could handle those HWs, him and Randy Nuemann.

I'm sure I'll forget bad calls but refs who some to mind currently:

                  Christopher Young
                  Raul Caiz Jr.
Benji Esteves, still looks and moves young
                  Massimo Montanini (Mason v Noakes)
