There is a WBC interim champion already. His name is Sebastian Zbik. He´s with Universum, an undefeated mediocre fighter, who has beaten nothing but bums. Nevertheless he is a threat to the WBC title, since Universum are the masters of turning interim/vacant titles into full-fledged titles. You can probably count on one hand the times a Universum fighter actually had to take the belt from a champion, but you need 10 hands to count their "world" champions.

Not sure people why people want Pavlik to just give everything away. He has been inactive for what 9 months. Everyone attacking him looking for him to be cut off at the head when he has a legitimate injury.

Nobody really attacked Bhop or Santos like this and they were inactive for well over a year. What injuries were they nursing? That's right they were just being lazy and not even making an attempt to fight. Pavlik at least tried to make something happen even with an injury.

What about the constant brushing off the challenges from Abraham? It didn't take a staph infection from Pavlik to avoid him. He also got his ass kicked by a guy coming off a loss and had one foot in retirement. No sympathy for Pavlik from me.

You'd think Kelly had gone out of his way to get his staph infection. Like he's not completely devastated as well.

Like the guy Kelly but he was exposed to such a degree he lost all his credentials as a force in any class. Of course he is an okey fighter but nothing spectacular !!

I think it's time he vacates the belts for the good of the division and maybe come back later if he's clear to fight.
