It seems like there is boxing only once a month now.

I first got into the sport back in 2004 when i was 13 years old. Back then it seemed like HBO had cards almost every weekend.Or at least they would have 2-3 months of boxing almost every weekend and some layoffs now and then. Today theres like one card a month with 2 month layoffs. Or so it feels like.

I miss the days of Showtime having fights on the first saturday of every month. America's fight night. Fuck HBO for giving almost all their dates to GBP.

It goes through high points and dry spells, but just look at the two fights in the S6, we have Haye/Valuev, Cotto/Pac, and shortly after Kessler/Ward.....so its all good.
