    It's not so much that he couldn't turn it down.
    But he wasn't even man enough to face the consequences. Refused to answer the phone, refused to speak to anyone, too scared to even let them know so they can negotiate and is now hiding from Social Media.

    Eddie Hearn is a scumbag. But he saved Conors career, probably his life (if he wasn't lying about suicidal thoughts).

    Nah, £10m is not nearly enough for me to do the dirty on someone who saved my life and I'm not already a millionaire like Conor.

        Eggxcellent point.

        Though Benn is correct about discussing things in the heat of the moment and making matters worse. His mind was made up that he was leaving, so there wasn't likely anything good that would come of a discussion, particularly if he's the type of person who can't control his emotions.

          It's one fight. Worth more than any other. I doubt anyone would've turned it down even the saintly AJ. Hearn could've matched it but didn't. Unbelievable publicity for the sport though. Hmmm........
