I have respect for every "boxer" that steps up to any challenge , like cotto for example , when he does this , ill respect him , I do admit that i recognize he has very nice skills , and very talented , but he needs to fight the best to be called the best.

give him props for something HES SUPPOSED TO do?? No. Props comes when he wins to a real challenge.

Hell yes, if he actually fought, rather than trying to potshot and run for 12 rounds, though I don't believe Mosley would allow that to happen.

And here's the thing: If Floyd came into the fight aggressive, and took the fight to Mosley, he could probably win it. If he tried to lay back, counter a little and impress the judges just enough to squeeze out a decision, I think Mosley knocks his ass out.

              "WAR"?

Why bleed and cut it you don't have too?

I don't blame Floyd for not wanting to be punch drunk.
I don’t want to see him in there just swinging crazy wild ass punches.
That’s not what I expect from or want to see from Floyd, and so called “boxing fans” shouldn’t either.

Could you imagine someone like MIchael Jordan dumbing down his skill level to make a basketball game closer so people can see a more competitive game?

Or Jerry Rice purposely dropping passes so football fans can see how he struggles under pressure.

Allot of "so-called" boxing fans but really are just "FIGHT FANS" are always trying to force Floyd and other fighters that practice the sweet science to abandon their defense and put there chin in the air for there enjoyment.

FLOYD is boxing at its purist form.
So the excitement you should get is not Wanting Floyd to change his game up...

But wanting to see if anybody will take the risk like Castillo did in order to beat Floyd.....Floyd shouldn’t have to change his style to accommodate FIGHT FANS like SOME OF you.

BOXING FANS love his style just the way it is...
It is the FIGHT fans who have a problem with it

"Boxing wars" are for one-dimensional fighters. Mayweather is not one-dimensional and would engage in a skilled boxing match with Mayweather. And, to answer your question, the haters on this site would not have respect for Mayweather regardless of who he fought, how he fought or the outcome of the fight.

Without a doubt. No matter the outcome, Mayweather would get full respect for fighting who we want him to fight, win lose or draw.

Of course, that's the point fight fans try to get across,as of now floyd is a welterweight, there are 2 superstar 147's,he has got to fight,or even 1,to get my respect, win or lose!!
