    Wtf happened to Hamza Sheeraz?

The dude had breakout win against Berlanga and then went radio silent. Nobody has heard of him since. He could have even fought probably November/December last year to capitalize on the win. Nothing. We're in 2nd month of the new year and still... nothing. Wtf is he waiting on at this point? For most folks, they've forgotten about both, Berlanga and Sheeraz. Why the hell did he not immediately capitalize on the success and popularity he gained beating Berlanga?? Bad management?

He was in talks with Diego Pacheco but Diego got cold feet.

Yup, and as a result Sheeraz - Mbilli got away too. Now we're left with this 90s style WBOgus mismatch and Mbilli sitting on his email belt for Canelo. Boxing.

You're right, I did miss it. Though that still sucks, that's nearly a year away from his breakout win. I guess it is what it is.

Agreed - hoped to see him back sooner than later. A breakout KO win in US debut against the hometown guy; maybe not quite a Naseem Hamed-Kevin Kelly style explosion, but it was still pretty nice.

Hopefully not too much momentum wasted and he can pick-up where he left off.
