I'm not saying that Williams should ignore Martinez, but he shouldn't totally bend over backwards either to accomodate the demands of this weak ass call out. I agree with Horus about Martinez being ordinary. But he is a more dangerous fighter than Spinks is now. Because Spinks can't even use his legs to move around the ring anymore.

And Shane Mosley does need to step up and fight Paul Williams. I still think Floyd is being a ***** by ducking Shane, but Williams punked Mosley too, so it works both ways. No double standards from me. I still don't use Paul Williams as Floyd's Brink Security system like some ****suckers on this forum do.

I thin Martinez was calling out Pavlik and Williams a few months back but the Pavlik/Williams fight was far more lucrative for the risk involved for both parties.

No one really wants to fight Martinez because he is relatively unknown and not worth the risk.

HBO had this fight tentatively set up at one time, but I wonder who's fault it was for it not happening. HBO were talking about having this fight, but Dibella turned around and tried to turn it into a double header with Williams and Martinez fighting in separate show case fights. People need to know the real deal before they come on here spouting out this Williams is ducking Martinez crap. Real fucking talk. I think that Dibella wanted Martinez to fight Joe Greene and have Williams fight another opponent. But I forget who it was supposed to be.
