I Cant believe a rematch clause wasn't in the contract to begin with !

Im not so sure Murtazaliev can beat Kelly anyway. Murtazaliev was well beaten. His face told the story. Bruises, swelling, lumps all over it. Kelly must have some pop to do that. He managed to keep Murtazaliev off him all night because when kelly caught Murt he hit him solid.

Murtazaliev has to go at Kelly like Hagler did Hearns right from the beginning. Doesn't matter how it looks, or what the cards say after 4 rounds. He has to tire Kelly out. He wont do that by doing the same thing he did last time.

How about a petition to ban Duva from promoting any fighter, EVER! She left Murta inactive for 16 months, said yes to the fight in England AND no rematch clause.. Simply criminal.

Murtazaliev was failed not by the sport of boxing, but by his team and promoter. If you're well into your 30s, sitting for over a year since the Tszyu demolition is never good. Murtazaliev doesn't seem very sharp intellectually. The purpose of a good team is to compensate for that IQ deficit by protecting the fighter and serving his best interests.

Kathy Duva is a fkn joke, has always been a fkn joke and should have her promoter's license revoked. What she did to this man is criminal.

Kelly was all wrong for Murtazaliev, I would not want to see a rematch, there are good fights out there for him

I'm sure some of it was rust but like everyone else is saying. Murtazaliev doesn't know how to track guys down, his timing was way off, walking into punches, and just couldn't really make any adjustments. You have to give Kelly some credit because he clearly came in with a game plan and proved me and others wrong.

Yeah he did well, Kelly is also worth watching because he doesn't have a chin, watching him fight is like watching someone being hunted
