it's de la santos fault he signed up to fight the welterweight davis and he purposely missed weight hoping santos would be desparate enough,

but santos already got paid and left with his dignity after chasing shakira for 12 rounds, while also signing up to fight davis which both divas saying they will NEVER do. LOL

I do not think so, their best bet was 135 or lower.
He looks a lot bigger, stronger & more powerful at 140.

Hitchins & Keyshawn would be a lot more competitive than Teo purely because they have better fundamentals but I just don't believe they are on Shakurs level or even really that close.

Keyshawn can likely beat him, hence why they will never fight. If he goes to 147 it's a 50/50 affair with Haney in a snoozefest.

Rayo can’t beat Shakur, but there are some guys who can.
Tank of course. Haneys jab and boxing ability is just as good as Shakur but Haney has more dog. I believe De Los Santos with a different trainer can beat Shakur. Gary Antuanne Russell. A sleeper is Tito Mercado but not really a marketable fight for Shakur to take. Don’t think Lamont can beat Shakur but he can make it competitive.
