Comments Thread For: Caoimhin Agyarko: Conor Benn is truly embarrassing

It is fair to say that Caoimhin Agyarko is not a fan of a potential fight between Conor Benn and Shakur Stevenson ? nor a fan of Benn in general.

Conor Benn is an absolute clown. A privileged, silver-spoon fed, boarding school kid who talks like he’s a gangster. I cringe so bad every time I hear him talk.

He has all of those tats though so he must be a streetwise thug.

He has a major identity crisis. The bleach blonde hair is an incredible addition too.

He should be feeling pretty good, he beat Eubank jr though fighting Shakur is a lose/lose for him. win he was too big he is a 135lber, lose he gets beaten by little Shakur and is in nowhereville. Trying to get the fight win Barrios/Garcia winner is where its at for him.

            Could he beat Rolly Romero?

He gets serious airtime for some reason, every fight it seems like there is a Benn interview.

I think it’s possible, I don’t rate either tbh but would probably be an entertaining fight as both would just come out swinging.

I think Romero starts favourite but I wouldn’t confidently pick him at the same time.

I’d give him a chance vs Barrios too. I think he’s terrible.

What's going on with Romero anyway? He's been stalling his Giyasov mandatory because of some hypothetical Pacquiao fight which the WBA seemed happy to indulge, but it's been quiet for a while now.

No idea, but it’s the WBA so who knows.

Gut instinct says Giyasov ends up getting some step aside deal.
