Eddie Hearn is horrible at building fighters to reach their full potential. This was exposed multiple times and i don't remember one fighter he matched properly. Either he goes in for super soft match ups or for stylistic nightmares. Yes he had some luck and AJ turned into a star in the UK but even with AJ he did a horrible job and he did not had the right fights to develop properly and reach his full potential.

People say oh Eddie takes more risk than others but no he does not he just does not understand styles make fights and has terrible match makers, he always thinks his guys blast other guys out and afterwards he is full of suprise when they get bashed up. Jalil Hackett was and still is a young pup and Eddie Hearn had a talented guy in his stable and all he did was matching him very poor and after he lost a controversial decision he split up with him. How you split up with him but keep guys like Khalil Coe.

DAZN gave him all this money to develop something in the US and all he did was wasting this money focusing and defending cheats like Conor Benn who is not even close to the talent level of Hackett. In 4 Years Hackett would eat Benn. Now Hackett goes to Zuffa the guys that do not even believe in building fighters and force fighters to fight in weight classes they dont belong and most likely another talent gets wasted.

If Bam leaves, Eddie is done in the US. Top Rank and PBC is not looking good either but both of them understood how to build fighters and make them big they just over did the milking part. Frank Warren is also pretty good at matching his fighters but besides the heavyweights his stable is pretty weak.

It's not looking good for boxing. You can't send 20 Year old fighters into 50/50 wars back to back to back not in boxing the rounds are to long the damage is too severe and the fighter will never reach his peak he will decline at age 25 way before entering his physical and more important mental prime.
