Terrible start. Very suprised about the bad production usually the UFC has top notch production. This card like the next 2 Zuffa cards was terrible or lets be fair and call it D Level.

We have many solid fights in the upcoming 2 weeks and Zuffa can't compete at the moment.
However i have the feeling they know what they do and they will create chaos and all REAL boxing fans will have some rough next years. First Zuffa will do his league with D level fighters but they will stage big fights in between and will lure more and more top fighters in.

Once Zuffa has enough guys they will cut the other promoters and sanctioning bodies out but they will fight back.

All of this will fragement boxing even more and we will have a real on the other side of the street scenario in all of boxing, Like the UFC Zuffa will not cross promote once they are at a certain level and this will make the promise of the best fighting the best impossible. Only brainwashed people will believe that the Zuffa Champ is really the best guy the same thing in MMA were the best actually never fight the best.

But at least in MMA the UFC has like 70-80 percent of the top fighters under contract. In boxing this will take years or decades and in the mean time you will have one half of elite fighters going the usual route and the other half the ZUFFA route and they will not fight each other but ZUFFA will claim only their guys are the real Champs by using their well oiled propaganda machine.

And who is to blame? The Sanctioning Bodies (and promoters) who are not willing to work together and create a System in which guys like Eifert becoming mandatory even though you have legit 20 guys in front of him who would mop the floor with this guy. They need to create a ranking system that makes sense and aligns across the 4 sanctioning bodies and forces the Champs to unify.

look at boots ortiz LOLOLLOL and many many others can it get any worse than that i dont think so

u have to give new players a chance i mean the app is still in america dazn after all the doom and gloom and dire preditctions on that one as well

They better off signing young people who are in golden gloves and the olympics. If you sign a prospect at 17 ( with parents consent) to a 10 year deal. Then you can change the landscape of boxing. Zuffa / tko check your email

Dana White should leave the world of boxing for good. He can't control this sport the way he does the UFC because underpaying boxers with bogus contracts hasn't worked.

Get quality fighters, pay them properly and stage 13 rounds fights. I'd be on board with that.

As soon as I turned it on I heard all of my most hated announcers except for Mauro. All the guys who's style is to 'paint a picture' . A picture they painted before the fight began. So I turned down the volume. Then I went to the kitchen for a beer and discovered that Paramount+ wont let me rewind. I turned it off and watched the DAZN fights. I wont be watching Zuffa anymore.
