IMO Ortiz has fought the better opposition and took more risk.

Bohuchuk / Madrimov / Lubin > Lima / Karen / Staniosis.

Ortiz has fought the better competition, but 60/40 is basically a deal-killer and a good way to duck without actually ducking.
