I've still got Bam, followed closely by Inoue.

Bam got wins over the TBRB #1 and TBRB #2 contenders to his lineal crown and in the process took both of their 0s and both of their world title belts. Literally accomplished as much as you can in the space of two fights in the same division.

Inoue has done more than anyone else at this point. P4P #1

I definitely have Inoue as P4P #1 but I still think Rodriguez had a better year. Inoue fought an unranked late replacement, a #5, and #1, and another #5. That's fantastic but I think Rodriguez beat better and more credible guys. Both undefeated, both reigning titlists, both coming off major wins (Martinez with two wins over 4 division world titlist Kazuto Ioka, Cafu with a win over four division world titlist Kosei Tanaka), and they were the top two ranked opponents other than Rodriguez himself at the weight.
