Civil lawsuit interesting. No cameras in a place full of cameras interesting as well. Could be a coincidence or one of the many false allegations to get some money.

This whole "i have no actual proof but i swear he did this but if he gives me some of his millions i will be moving forward without pressing charges" thing should not be allowed.

It should be a pure investigation by the police only based on facts and if found guilty get a setence without the victim receiving any type of compensation.

        I hope it's not as flimsy as a he-said she-said.

There weren't cameras in this backroom but surely there are at the strip club in the front so you could see that he was there or not. And I'd hope the police are moving on actual evidence not just words of an ex.

I am not gonna say he is guilty of the charges, but if he was there, that shows very poor judgement going to a stripclub where his ex-girlfriend works.

I would imagine there are witnesses because he dragged her outside then beat her. There are way too many negative stories about this guy for anyone to think he's a good person.

And if the cameras don't showing him exit out the front, then that lends to her story.

I'm inclined to believe her based off of his previous behavior (though only the hit and run is fully substantiated). It's definitely not a sure thing because, well, gold diggers.

If she only had bruises on her arm that doesn't constitute a beating. But that does go along with what he's charged with: battery, false imprisonment, and attempted kidnapping. All serious charges.
