Ortiz has no title and has never won a title in his 10 year career. They are both on equal standing. If Ortiz was to beat Boots, his career would get a big boost afterwards. This is true for Boots too so why should Boots be the one taking less money. Do you think they are both unproven?

This logic is similar to Tank vs Shakur. That is huge fight to make. No one is bigger than the other and at this point, most people are in agreement that Tank is the one ducking Shakur.

Boots vs Ortiz is a 50/50 purse split. However, if anyone of them chooses to take less money to make the fight then good on them but the argument that one is bigger than the other is just silly.

Ortiz said his dream fight is Spence in TX because it would be a hometown fight and make him alot of money. He already signed to fight Ennis and Ennis ducked him. Fact.

Noe Ortiz is literally suing Oscar to force him to make the Ennis fight because Oscar wants Ortiz to fight an easier fight. And you think that translates to Ortiz ducking Ennis?

There is equal blame to go around.

AFTER Boots stepped into the ring and challenged Ortiz, any rational human being can interpret "my dream fight is Spence" to mean "I'd rather fight Spence than Boots". It's only weeks later that Ortiz sues Oscar. Weeks later!! So the accusation of ducking Boots did not start after Ortiz sued Oscar. It started the moment he stated his dream fight was Spence.

Now that he's suing Oscar, perhaps we might have the fight we want.

personally i read what people are saying about uber uber gen guy boots but i dont think boots will have anything close to the career of bud for exampe and boots is so untested really i think ortiz has a good shot at beating him ortiz offering boots 35% if boots loses is a bit of a chicken move i think and now the ortiz guys sueing oscar for trying toget him a good deal i mean WTF all they have to say to oscar is ok we the ortiz guys want the fight so make it for 55 45 flat in ortiz favour and put it up to boots to accept but they sue oscas instead?? means they dont want the fight at all and want out of their contract where oscar has been great for him with great fights for him, they got a better offer from somewhere and want away from boots and oscar now most likey shameful
