SS got too much credit for actually "fighting" Zepeda - and Zepeda was not given any credit for throwing almost 1,000 punches and having SS cornered for long stretches in the fight. If that same fight happened in TX, NV, CA, Zepeda would have likely gotten at least 3-4 rounds, not 0-1 like he was given in NY.
I don't think SS will be given that same benefit of the doubt here, at least not to the extreme- and I think Teo has enough cache in NYC to be given those rounds where Zepeda wasn't. Obviously they don't fight anything alike so it will look different - I am just saying the psychology of the scoring of the fight will be different.
I basically start off with Teo potentially being able to win those 3-4 rounds that Zepeda didn't and go from there. It's a close fightComment

I need to look at them both more but as of right now I think Shakur boxes his head off.
I am not one of these who thinks Shakur is some otherworldly talent but I have seen Teo get outboxed way, way too many times by pure boxers and similar style fighters to Shakur.
The guy has struggled real bad or lost to every pure-boxer now he's going to suddenly beat Shakur? HmmComment

After Stevenson wins there will be a bunch of excuses and none of the people predicting Shakur to lose will give him any credit at all. That's the way it goes around here.
