Loads of people use words like 'disgrace' when they think a fight is stopped a bit early. Well that's the alternative - a referee scared to be abused for stopping a fighter.

That was an absolute disgrace. A damaged, concussed fighter taking unprotected shots. People can die like that.

I'd be shocked if he ever refereed again. Mind you, I don't think any fighter who is currently with that corner team should consider reporting for training either. The towel should have been ready, and then thrown.

Fair play to Milas, he was the only one with any compassion for the fighter in there.
