I wish Naseem had fought 10 more times. There was/is no shame in losing to Barrera. They could have had a rematch and there were other players at featherweight that he could have fought and beaten. So much talent left to waste in Sheffield.

What a brutal puncher he was. And quite the character. He was Britain's Hector Camacho as far as colorful displays. That cage...wow, never forget that one. He should have fought at least a couple years more.

I cannot call him overrated, as his career was not long enough for that. He kind of falls into "disappointment" to me. He was so much fun. Boxing needs characters and charisma. He had both. Like the Oregonian and richardt above me, I wish he had fought longer.

The Kevin Kelly fight made him even more famous over the globe. Fought in US soil in a very fun fight against a very capable opponent.

Love or hate him Hamed was good for the sport.

Hype job. I didn’t care for his ring walks, either. Thank god those extravagant time wasters have become a thing of the past

I remember watching the Naz vs Kelley fight live, exciting slugfest in a legendary venue (MSG) the crowd was hyped AF. That was peak HBO world championship boxing
