His best win is a prehistoric Ortiz... So no, there has never been a prime.

Wilders prime was 2nd stiverne fight. The hate on these threads for wilder typically comes from AJ fan boys who are in constant competition to try and prove that he was the better boxer. However, prime wilder would’ve sparked AJ out because of his weak chin and fragile will to win. Say what you want about wilder but he hit hard, had a fast 1-2 for a heavyweight and fought hard.

Actually, the hate comes from people who know boxing and think Wilder s-ucks. He has good power against tomato cans, but not all that great against top opponents. And for the record, he is in the same category as AJ : the "can't really box" department.

So you claim to know boxing but then say his power isn’t that great against top opponents. Meanwhile a quote from Fury stated

Fury told Foxify: My most formidable opponent was Deontay Wilder.

“I had three fights with that guy and all three times it could’ve been curtains for me at any single second.

“Deontay Wilder has dynamite in his fists and if he lands on you, whether it’s round one or round 12, he’s going to knock you down or knock you out.”

Speaking on why he believes Wilder couldn’t knock him out, Fury said: “I think my sheer size and weight has a lot to do with him not being able to knock me out cold.

“He hits a guy 6ft 3ins and 225lbs, they’re nailed to the canvas.

So are you saying that you know more boxing than Fury?

fury isnt exactly unbiased now is he? of course hes going to hype up wilder as some kind of super puncher. do you know why? its to make fury himself look better. its called narcissism and they do that all the time. fury certainly isnt going to say i beat wilder and wow that guy has a great resume! no hes going to try and steer people toward wilder being a huge puncher and how impressive that is. no one else could have survived wow hes so great. unfortunately for him when wilder stepped up to legit comp like fury, parker, and zhang his ko power drastically decreased which is 100% normal in boxing.

the guys wilder ko'd before were not very good except ortiz who was solid but a clear level below all those guys i just mentioned. when he fought helenius he was back to being a huge ko artist, when he fought those those guys his power went down. what happened? he became shot then un-shot? makes no sense.

furys most formidable opponent was clearly usyk. he beat fury 9-3 in both figths on my card and had him completely gone in the first fight. the exact same reason fury pretends he won those fights is the reason he says wilder was so powerful. narcissism. im so great i beat wilder the biggest puncher ever. im so great i even beat usyk and was robbed. neither thing is true.

You’re the one that’s biased because you want things to fit your narrative. Fury shared the ring with him 3 times and that was his perspective. You’re a nobody with a boxingscene account yet somehow think that your opinion and 9-3 Usyk scorecards should be respected? Nahhh
