    Navarrete vs. Nunez undercard news?

Potential Co-main event and undercard, has there been any word? Will it be the standard layout of prospects against journeymen before the main event. Or will there be contenders against other contenders.

    What I hope:

Rafael Espinoza vs Luis Alberto Lopez as Co-main

Christian Medina vs Juan Francisco Estrada
    William Zepeda vs Artem Harutyunyan
    Oscar Valdez vs Rocky Hernandez
    Yahir Frank vs Andrew Moloney
    Brandon Mosqueda vs Reiya Abe

Why should Espinoza fight Lopez instead of the guy that knocked Lopez out brutally and took his belt?

Suarez team filed a grievance with the WBO earlier this month against Nav-Nunez happening. Nothing is likely to be announced until that is settled.

I’m not sure if he’s trying to get it cancelled or if he’s just pushing for a higher step aside fee and that he gets his shot next

Hoping he fights both, Angelo Leo is fighting Ra'eese Aleem by May, as Dlamini had to pulled out for the picked defense. Better for Espinoza to fight more than once a year rather than wait for Leo to win or lose.

Nick Ball is fighting Figueroa, Carrington is fighting Castro for the vacated title. And Leo is fighting in the middle of the year. Better now than never to beat to take that fight and then focus on higher priorities if he wins.

Likely to know by the middle of January about these circumstances. Too early to say, but I think the likelihood is Suarez's team will be persuaded by Eddie Hearn as he already is invested on it. With Charly Suarez having dibs on the Navarrete/Nunez winner and big step aside fee. Higher than Top Rank would had done at least.

Not Great. It is Good, Solid enough and likely be entertaining. Both Vargas and Cardenas starting the year with a bit of a step up.

Not familiar with Tahir Smalls but he has a beatable and aggressive challenger where he display how good he is. Hope they announce at least one more solid fight or two.
