Rolly isn't that good and hasn't grown. Into welter

Giyasov won Olympic silver in 2016 and an amateur world championship in 2017. In the pros he only has a couple wins over washed notable names like Pablo Cesar Cano and former WBA 135 world titlist Darleys Perez. He doesn't really have a signature win but all 17 of his opponents had a winning record so far, so he's not fighting bums either.

He's definitely more credible than Rolly but then again we saw Rolly get gifts against both Barroso and Marinez, so even if Giyasov beats him in the ring he still may not get the W.

The arrogance with these US fighters knows no bounds. He shouldn't even have this belt to begin with.
