Wasn't Richardson Hitchins suppose to defend his title against Ortiz? They were going back and forth on X but I kinda felt Hitchins was playing dumb. Ortiz said he knew his opponent were either going to be Keyshawn or Hitchins. I can't imagine they didn't reach out to Hitchins first because he is the 140 IBF Champ. So either Hitchins priced himself out or he was ducking. I did see an interview where Hitchins was talking about how he wasn't going fight unless he really got paid. What a great opportunity for Keyshawn if he can capitalize on it but Ortiz is a tough customer.
