Two more fights have been announced for the undercard of the January 31 show headlined by junior welterweight champion Teofimo Lopez vs. lightweight titleholder Shakur Stevenson.

In one, Keyshawn Davis will take on Jamaine Ortiz. In the other, Carlos Adames will defend against Austin “Ammo” Williams.

The card will take place at Madison Square Garden in New York City and will be streamed by DAZN as a pay-per-view.

Davis, 13-0 (9 KOs), will make his junior welterweight debut. He is returning to the ring nearly a year after winning a world title at 135lbs from Denys Berinchyk. Davis was supposed to make his first defense in June against Edwin De Los Santos but came in massively overweight, forcing the bout’s cancellation.

Ortiz, 20-2-1 (10 KOs), has lost only to Vasily Lomachenko in 2022 and Lopez in 2024, both via decision. He has won three in a row and most recently fought in August, stopping the 19-2 Ambiorix Bautista in three rounds.

Adames, 24-1-1 (18 KOs), is also coming off a long layoff. This past February, he defended his WBC middleweight title in a draw with Hamzah Sheeraz that many believe should have been a victory for Adames.

Williams, 19-1 (13 KOs), is ranked sixth at 160lbs by the WBC. His defeat came via 11th-round TKO to Sheeraz in June 2024. Williams is on a three-fight winning streak and last appeared in July, scoring a ninth-round technical knockout against the 11-0-2 Ivan Vazquez.

As BoxingScene previously reported, Bruce Carrington will face Carlos Castro on the show for the vacant WBC featherweight title.

Other undercard bouts include heavyweight Jarrell Miller vs. Kingsley Ibeh, and welterweight Ziyad Almaayouf vs. Kevin Castillo.
