It's not Vinnie's fault, but his name is the reason many don't believe in the IBHOF's credibility. With the current criteria, Jake Paul will be selected in the first year of his candidacy.

In reality no one really cares, only a few spastics online.

There is an argument against him sure
BUT
as a guy who suffered a debilitating injury myself, bed ridden, couldnt walk at first etc until I came back….he made everybody who suffered these types of injuries fans.
there is absolutey no way he should have had a normal life after his accident let alone getting back to world class boxing.Plus the film which was pretty good.
he s a HOFer.

According to your logic, and based on it, Edwin Valero should be in the IBHOF Hall of Fame. From the beginning of his career, he fought with a plate in his head.
I will never forget his fight with Loreto Garza. I remember how it made me feel so sad to see him lose and in the manner in which he lost.
It marked by far the lowest point in his pro career. He tapped out the moment he realized he was being outclassed, outmaneuvered overmatched and frustrated.
Which subsequently led to his disqualification loss.
