Manny is not a one punch guy at his current weight. Don't let his KO of Hatton fool you. Manny will have to work for KO's at the higher weight because he is really not a 1 punch puncher anymore due to the fact that the guys he is fighting are bigger and stronger. Like with Diaz and ODLH, he'll have to put some work in.

He does still have good power though because of the way he throws. When he throws a punch, he is blessed with amazing speed and momentum and that will still hurt guys. He carried his power up with him for the most part, mainly because he maintained his speed.

Did you have power that you now show when you were a kid? Manny is heavier now, he's 140+. As he happens to be able to punch properly (IE; get all his weight behind his shots) he has more power at the higher weights. Fighters don't hit as hard when they weigh less, it's simple.

Steroids don't make you hit harder anyway.

YEA! Marquez is my favorite fighter, but I think if he fought the Manny of today, he would get KO'd. Manny has power of a "middle weight"! Mayweather didnt KO Marquez, because he was a ***** and didnt want to take any risks he didnt have to take!
