That’s the cynical point of view. If they did stop testing altogether, you’d have lots of potential lawsuits on your hands in the aftermath of a tragedy if discovered using PEDs. This sport does not hinge on throwing balls into hoops or hitting balls with a baseball bat, it’s damaging the others’ brains. It’s barbaric enough as it is. Removing the flimsy guardrail it has in place would mean we might as well go and allow fighters to bring brass knuckles while we’re at it.

If they would stop testing your point is invalid as there wouldnt be nobody discovered using PEDS since they are not tested.
