I am a fan of Salas, a static boxer that throws combinations all twelve at any angle. Found out about him in probox in his fight with Prince Dzanie in 2023.

Got dissapointed that Emmanuel Rodriguez had to cancel their fight due to a injury though it was risky for Jose as it was going to take place in Puerto Rico. But it might happen later on if Salas wins, they are both quite crafty. Second time Salas is boxing a fighter taller than him at Bantamweight in Landile Ngxeke. Jose is 5'7 at the division, so it's a interesting detail for me.

Final round of a lady fight that I assume opened the card.

Just tuned in. Only the title fight was listed on Rec and only 3 fights on tapology and this lady fight wasn’t one of them. Not sure how many fights there are

Pretty good performance by Salas. Not sure about that stoppage, but it seemed like Chapulin figuring out how to finish the fight soon. Plus Ngxeke took too long to get out of the ropes and was receiving end of a punch combination, almost getting downed until he clung to refnwho stopped the fight.

Jose Salas got some things to work on but he has a lot of upside with his skillset and athleticism, just needs experience and fine tuning, he won 5 out 6 rounds with that one round being close. Would like to see him against Emmanuel Rodriguez in USA.
