If that's what he meant, then maybe he needs to read a bit about the way our government works. We have a volunteer military. Nobody forces them to enlist or accept a commission, and the vast (and I DO mean the very vast majority) can't wait to get into a theatre of war. There are exceptions, but few.

I can't believe the ignorance I see on forums like this. Does nobody pay attention to current events, news, anything at all?

Not even close. In many ways, they're worse than in the days of the Great Circus of the Roman Empire....at least they kept most of their babarism in one place. I watched a decent young boy get brained in the street by a bunch of *******s toting lumber, just a few weeks ago.

Really not sure how you figure that ****'s history.

the vast majority are young kids with no concept of what war is with no other choices being from inner city communities and poorer backgrounds there are exceptions but that is not the majority.

I think that fight took alot out of him as it is. I always admired guys like Vargas, because that dude was willing to die inside that ring...literally!!! I might sound dumb, but I dont know which way to go on this. Thoughts?
