Yeah but Manny has faced all kinds of different styles in the past (and overcome them). Also, let's not forget that Gamboa made Crawford do the stanky leg whereas Mean Machine DROPPED him so Manny isn't an easy fight for him either.

Anyhow, like I said before, Crawford only moved up to Welterweight when Pacquiao was already 38yo and had just been robbed against Horn. Therefore, I don't know how anybody can accuse Manny of ducking him.

Let's not forget that Manny had signed to fight Spence (who was undefeated and held 3 belts at the time) before he pulled out with an injury!

TBud is VERSATILE and would box intelligently against manny who's forte is brawling

the southpaw stance would cost manny

closed stance bout opens up lanes for TBud's 74" reach power jab

manny gets picked apart, struggling to bypass it, and would lunge in out of desperation

This is where TBud southpaw hook and uppers puts manny to snooze

T has ONE PUNCH KO POWER at 147 manny left that behind at 140

Crawford would probably have been the favourite against 38yo Manny simply because of his advanced age but I wouldn't rule Pacquiao out completely. After all, he dropped and took a PRIME Thurman's cherry despite being 40yo and arguably beat Barrios despite being 46. He probably would've beaten Spence too had he not pulled out with an injury.

However, had they both fought in their prime, Crawford would simply be UNABLE to handle Pacquiao's speed, combinations, unorthodox style and footwork and definitely would've lost (possibly by stoppage).

That will never happen. Thurman thought the same thing, and we all saw how that turned out. If Pacquiao vs. Crawford ever happens, it would just be another Tom and Jerry–style chase all over again.

Lol except he BEAT JMM 3 times before he hired a well known PED pusher and became JMMarqPEDz in the 4th fight!

If Gamboa was able to make Crawford do the stanky leg and an average fighter like Mean Machine made him hit the deck, prime Pacquiao would knock Bud out COLD.
