He won easily, but it looked like an annoying day at the office for him at this age. The opponent had an ugly style, making ugly faces,
They showed Spence sitting ringside during the fight, looking in good spirits, trim face, not bloated like he has sometimes looked in the past.
I didn't think I wanted to see Spence comeback; it was hard to find the right matchup for him to test the waters, but against this Lara, maybe?
Like he was expecting a better more challenging assignment then but rug got pulled from under him and he got stuck with busy work so he did it begrudingly until it was time to clock out and go home.

Although Lara’s opponent left something to be desired, even beyond the fact he was a late replacement, the old Cuban acquitted himself well. Landy hadn’t laced up gloves in over a year, yet he managed to make it look fairly easy. For his sake, I hope he gets one more payday before Father Time claims him.
I can't lie , Lara was making me want to change the channel. He was boring as hell. Effective but lame. He stunk the joint out. I'm not going to watch him again.

Relax paisano, you know if the fight is easy he won't go for broke. He needs a dancing partner, a good fighters that make him work, by the way this guy beat Hurd.

Yeah, Lara is at an age and a stage in his career that he’s understandably not taking any unnecessary chances. He’s 42 and hasn’t fought in over a year. Pretty impressive that he made a reasonably decent fighter look very overmatched. I think If someone presses him, Landy will answer back — but it’s got to be for a price.
Honestly, Lara impresses me. The dude is still at a high level overall. People went nuts about Pacquiao's age and almost overlooking Lara here. I'm curious to see how long he can take this, but will be always rooting for him just based on his age, lol.
