to be fair > yes he bends his own rules, abuses his own ranking system but the WBC has started a few initiatives to improve boxing - and those few things are mora than the wba and wbo have ever done and the ibf has only ever introduced 2nd weigh-in 10lb limit

Agreed - it would once again become a contest of who is the best fighter at that weight and not, as it sometimes is now (looking at you Haney) a contest of who is best able to lose weight/rehydrate - which is 80% genetics and 20% training team knowledge

Since same day makes boxing safer

We need to return to odd rounds someone has to win no draw cards. Main event and co-main 13 rounds each. Have the undercards be 9 max.

      Ortiz at 147
      Navarette at 122
      Ennis at 147
      Ryan Garcia at 135
      Mikaela Mayer at 130
and likely Rafael Espinosa at 126 - how a 6ft1in guy cn make 126 is beyond me - I'm 6ft and never weighed close to 147 even when 20 yrs old
Zurdo lol Fat Gilbert added 30 overnight vs Top Soviet Bivol

fighters who would have a harder life with same day

Buff Guy Jai has weighed beyond 200 before

Buff Guy Yarde has weighed beyond 175 before

Fat Gilbert already flabby at cruiser

Fat Dave already flabby at 175

Brian looks pretty buff at 147 idk how much he's cutting

Let's see where this goes before absolving Suleiman's past sins.

so if that is the case why not weigh them like they do horse jockeys right before they get into the ring, hbo style, u have to be right on your weight class, if u are not the fight can still go ahead, for example u come in at 136 for a 135 fight but u pay a hefty fine to your opponent, a % of the purse or each pound u are over

it will make no difference to the fight even if a guy is 1 or 2 pounds bigger in the ring as the system TODAY results often in 10 pound plus differences in the ring so it will be a huge improvement there as well
I agree 100 percent. make ie 101 percent

It should be done just before the fight. Even 24 hrs ahead is dangerous and cheating...

Unless and until all these belt orgs have unified rules, boxers will pick and choose which belt they'd rather have.
