He won't ever go for the kill because he has a glass jaw. Haney must flinch every time he has to shave or brush his teeth. The guy apparently can be hurt by a strong breeze. He ties up every other second.

A true killer would've probably knocked Norman out early after he got hurt. Haney is simply not a finisher. You can tell by how frantic he looked when he jumped on Norman after the knockdown.
