More proof that every fighter should be under VADA testing from 8 weeks before fight, at a minimum. That's a lot of fighters, but that should be the goal. Start with anybody participating in 10 rounders for sure and at a certain pay scale beneath that. The sanctioning bodies, commissions, promoters, and fighters can split the bill. Just like with anything that isn't finite in supply, the more participation there is the lower the costs will be. It's called economies of scale.
