    For once we agree.

No one wants to see Edison Miranda in more big fights when he's lost pretty much all of them. He's the Zab Judah of super middles. Overrated fighter, overrated power...enough. Let him work his way back up.

I agree to an extent. He was overrated but has come back down to earth. I don't think his power was overrated as he could crack big time.

Their biggest issue was taking Pavlik lightly. Pavlik blew the tires our from under him and he never rebounded. The new trainer will give him a new lease on life and if they move him carefully, he might be able to do one more run.

Putting him in the super 6 now though could mark the end of his career. He simply will not have the mental toughness to compete on any level with them. He needs confidence again.

I agree with this, but, the Super 6 will guarantee him some big paydays. If on the otherhand, he doesn’t get in the tournament I think his handlers should move him along slowly and not try to step him up too quickly again. Really, there’s no shame in fighting a bum of the month so long as you’re gradually stepping up the level of competition. Miranda should fight club fighter Joey Spina next and then possibly Peter Manfredo and hopefully get some television exposure…

I hear you, dean, but Miranda simply should not be there. He's had plenty of opportunities. Let him sit this one out.

I agree. Green should have an opportunity and he is still fresh durability wise.

haha, dude, i look at them both the same... well he is what mayorga was a couple years ago...

miranda is very entertaining, as is mayorga, but neither won the big fights, and both sold their tickets with their tremendous trash talk...

i only wish they could fight each other at a fair weight... NOW THAT WOULD BE TRASH TALKING...
