Jake Paul returns to Netflix for yet another blockbuster boxing event when he takes on former heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua on Dec. 19 in Miami.

Paul was originally slated to face 5-foot-5 lightweight champion Gervonta "Tank" Davis in November, but that bout was canceled less than two weeks out from fight night after a civil lawsuit was brought against Davis, leaving Paul scrambling for a new opponent.

In stepped Joshua, towering at 6-foot-6 and looking to bounce back from a knockout loss to former champion Daniel Dubois in September 2024. With a win, it's expected Joshua will return to the ring early in 2026 before turning to a fight against Tyson Fury in the second half of 2026.


"He's one of the best heavyweights ever, but I believe that fighting a smaller man is often times harder as a heavyweight because of the speed difference and because of the foot speed, because of the angles, because of the head being off of the center," Paul said in November. "And so all of that power is great and he's knocked people out. I just have to avoid that one shot for eight rounds and I believe that I can do that."
