We need the contract details. Is AJ free to go in there and smash Paul to bits?

I don't know if it will do much other than show how difficult boxing is when taken seriously. At least if we expect AJ to do what he should and take JP's head off in rd1.

It can really separate the difference between PROFESSIONAL boxers who grew up training (talking about under 10 yrs old) and it's almost all they know in life. VS someone who just picked up in interest, saw it as a way to exploit and make easy money by not facing those PROFESSIONAL boxers (and that aren't old, over the hill, are not actual boxers or just bad).

You will never end the celebrity and social media bouts. Those bring in an intrigue in their own rights. Two badly skilled folks attempting to beat each other to a pulp over some drama or beef they have and folks that know about it are intrigued to see whose going to come out on top. Those will exist in their own space. Though what we need to take the sport serious is show what happens when a fighter with actual craft and dedicated their life to the sport is put in the same space as these celebrity/social media fighters.

Fight is professionally sanctioned, not an exhibition which means Jake can offer AJ an under the table 10M to take dive in which AJ & Eddie Hearn agree to setting up a rematch bout with AJ winning moving on to a trilogy bout, all the while fans get milked and love it.
