I just dont think Joshua is coming into this fight thinking I have to get him out of there.
I feel like AJ wants to make a point. The longer the fight goes on, the more critique he’s going to get. With a 100+ million Tyson Fury fight on the table I don’t expect him to go there and do anything to weaken his position in that.

Even if Jake Paul wanted to be cautious and on his bike, does he have a choice? He doesn’t have that skill, ability or know-how. He can’t fight on the back foot effectively, he backs up in a straight line and fights like a novice in regards to changing from offense to defense. If his plan is to run around the ring and willingly give AJ the centre I don’t see any scenario other than getting beaten up and hurt quickly.

Probably the same answer but if he could come in 213 , Haye right before or shortly after the Thompson fight moving up instead to fight current AJ.

The only way I see it going into round 2 is if AJ carries it to round 2 but I don’t think AJ has any plans on carrying Jake Paul
The 6 inch reach advantage and size advantage is going to be an enormous obstacle for Jake to overcome. Also, an 8 round fight is a real good thing for Joshua who is used to fighting 12 rounders. Joshua can now work at a much higher work rate/ punch output....That's a bad thing for Jake. One of Joshua's weaknesses is stamina. Jake doesn't work at a high output, so this should feel easy for Joshua. He's got a full tank of gas for a much shorter trip against a guy who doesn't work at a high rate.

I GUARANTEE this doesn’t happen either…Joshua would demolish Paul quicker than Ngannou which would effectively spell the end of Fake’s career.

Something will happen last minute and it’ll be quickly forgotten about.

I guess thats where we disagree and isnt provable either way. Im not debating who wins just that it doesnt end in 2 rounds and is a slow start.

If anyone is going to get tired extremely fast it’s Jake. He always gets tired because he doesn’t know how to pace himself and he loads up on his punches and is tense.

AJ doesn’t have a big gas tank but he’s not going to get tired vs a novice, who he’ll be in total control against. AJ went 24 rounds with Usyk, got off the floor to stop Wlad in the 11th, went 12 rounds in total control vs Joseph Parker, I’m sure he will be fine gas tank wise.

If Jake Paul sees round 2, he’ll be breathing heavily already.

Prime Haye vs todays version of AJ I’d pick Haye.
