If Vergil believed he'd dismantle Boots, he'd be chomping at the but to fight him instead of mentioning a retired alcoholic. Vergil is almost 30 and has never once tried to fight for a real title across two divisions. These are facts, no matter how many times you deflect to resumes, you payaso.

Neither Boots nor Vergil seems to want to fight Murtazaliev or Fundora for a real title. They may as well fight each other. Boots seems willing. Vergil does not.
