YO!!! WTF happened to Josh Buatsi’s career??? I remember hearing about him and Ant Yarde as the next crop of light heavy prospects. Had to be about 7 or 8 years ago. I always thought Jb was the better prospect, with him winning bronze at Rio and all. Damn, was i wrong. Yarde has had 2 cracks at a belt and gave a decent account of himself in both fights, just couldn't finish the job. Hell, Yarde fought Kovalev in 2019. SIX F’n YEARS AGO!!! Buatsi hasn't sniffed a title shot. And I'm not talking this interim bs, I'm talking full world title. It’s as if their careers were switched and Yarde got the career that Buatsi was supposed to have. Buatsi, it’s over for him. He’s 32 years old, probably past his prime and still fighting at a prospect level. Wow!! Yarde is fighting Benavidez. May not be for a title but it’s world class competition. Damn, wtf happened??? Youngsters could study JB’s and AY’s career on what to do and NOT to do. Not just for boxers, but in all walks of life. Dont squander your opportunites and dont be scared to fail.
