People look at wrestling as the superior so I was wondering have a striker ever defeated a grappler if so who ?

Are you referring to any type of grappler or just wrestling? As mentioned above, Holms defeated Rousey but Rousey is a judo specialize not a wrestler.

...and most definitely not a striker.

Fück i laughed when Nunes rattled her bones and smashed her face in less than a minute.

Feels terrible to say that, but Rowdy had one of those hit me faces the punch first ladies just loved to oblige!

i dont watch ufc anymore but from what i remember if the grappler or wrestler was very good he would just take down the striker and that would be it for the round or the fight, rinse and repeat until the striker lost

now if the striker had some grappling also and defence from take downs it might be different

not sure if things have changed or not

Pretty much anyone who won the fight with punches causing a stoppage while avoiding being taken down and dry humped for 15-25 minutes.

It'd be extremely rare to see a pure boxer vs pure wrestler in MMA this side of like 1995.
