When I started reading I was only be mildly interested and didn't know much about Jimmy Lange, but his story was so well written that it I couldn't stop reading.

Great read and now I know that Jimmy Lange is a regular peoples champ type.... I'm a fan.

Living in Northern ******ia during the early 2000s, I remember Jimmy's family had a small pub in Arlington. He was a local guy and his fights drew crowds from a predominantly non-boxing area. I knew people who knew him and, by all accounts, was a very nice, normal guy.

I went to a few of his fights over at the Patriot Center. It's always a fun when you have a local fighter to root for, regardless of the level which they fight. Jimmy was one of those guys for me.
