alcohol is a drug some people can handle it some cant, most dont understand the important concept of MODERATION & use up their lifelong allocation within a short period by over use & binging & stressing the body and mind so much it cant handle any alcohol anymore, others have more sense & enjoy alcohol right to the end of their long lives as they manage it correctly, same goes for most drugs, u go OTT & u will suffer, u either go sensible moderation or wait before your body fully recovers before using your drug of choice again & u will most likely be just fine

I like alcohol but I look young and it ages you, so I only drink a bottle of red wine every couple of weeks

I've got a bottle of brandy in cupboard too, I have about 60 mls of that every once in a while in between, it doesn't go off and lasts ages.

I wish Errol Spence nothing but peace. He is human and made a mistake. We all make mistakes in life. Hope he comes back when he is ready and has a few more fights. He is a humble spirit and deserves to be boxing on his own terms.

For some people, their whole life revolves around drinking.
