Obviously Shields doesn’t feel the way you do
Cause if she did she wouldn’t have trashed a boxer who paved the way for all she’s gotten from the sport
I’ll respect your opinion but I certainly don’t agree with it
Saying that she has the better resume , which she does have , is a scapegoat considering where women’s boxing came from and still is suffering if you look at the higher divisions
Think about it , what it was like when Ali was fighting
Many think women’s boxing is horrible now then what would you call it back then

Yup you’re absolutely right , Braekhus was known to take everyone on , whoever it was
But then again they weren’t in the same division and I know you know that the higher the division the less fighters they’re are let alone the talent dips big time
Let me ask you something , who did Leila avoid , speaking truthfully since I have really never followed the women boxing besides knowing who the stars like who Christy Martin would fight etc etc

I disagree. I think she DOES deserve the payout. She has too much pride to fight under Jake Paul so she’s trying to mount her own little grudge match. Laila is far removed as a serious fighter, but that doesn’t change the fact that the public would absolutely eat that up.

If the whole Netflix endeavor has taught us anything, it’s that sideshows are unfortunately trending. For all the Canelo/Floyd viewers there have been individually in their events, Jake Paul has shown the big companies that there IS a market ready to be completely exploited.

Claressa’s PR hit will take a hit (not that she has many people that are fond of her), but she gets the major bag.

The thing is, even if Laila was 15-20 years younger, I’d still pick Claressa to stomp her. You don’t win two back to back gold medals and call it a fluke.

It's the biggest name possible for Shields. She's already cleaned out 154, 160, 168, 175, and heavyweight. What else is she gonna do, fight rematches against Gabriels or Marshall?

Fighting at 47yo whose been out for forever doesnt do anything.
