Bro he called him out by name BEFORE TOO. And then DUCKED and has continued fighting BUMS. After defeating the dangerous Usman Lima (lmao) he has now again “called out” Vergil. Here’s the thing. Why is he calling out Ortiz when Ortiz has a fight already lined up in a month? And to top that off his promoter is actually making a deal with another cab driver abass Baraou. You know bakram don’t have a fight lined up right? Why isn’t Bootsy trying to get his title shot at the IBF that’s the title he had at 147. He could’ve already fought bakram but he’s scared. That’s over 25% of his fights are championship level. Add in Vergil is over a year younger than Bootsy and had a 2 year layoff with a life threatening illness and it’s even more insane the level of competition difference between the 2. I get it Bootsy looks like an amazing fighter when he fights BUMS that are tailor made for him. He didn’t look so hot fighting KAREN 2x though did he? When these 2 fight I’ll bet anyone any amount that Ortiz will end the Bootsy hype train. But I also want to say if Bootsy fights fundora or bakram before Ortiz they will also end him. There’s levels to this. Bootsy isn’t even better than Tim tsyzu. Anyone who thinks that just needs to compare their records and the proof is in the pudding. Tim was undisputed and has beaten better opponents than Bootsy and even with his recent losses his opponents are that much better than all of bootsys that no one can say Bootsy is a better fighter honestly. i dont remember that much hype about katsidis horn or kambo lol but yeah tim got some hype being a famous boxers son may have added to that im sure, tim gave lanky all he could handle with a vicious cut & basically took all the hard fights and paid for it, he could easily have rejected lanky short notice after thurman and taken the easy route fighting guys at home as well

While being the son of the great Kostya Tszyu surely helped Tim get exposure, he also was doing well on his own merits. He got off the floor to defeat a tough fighter in Gausha. Before that, he KO'd Horn who just three years prior had defeated Pacquiao. He KO'd Harrison, who was the first to defeat Jermell Charlo. He also beat Mendoza who KO'd Fundora. He screwed up by taking on the dangerous Murtazaliev while waiting to rematch Fundora. He should have taken an easier tune up fight. I think that he may have been wrecked by that fight. Meanwhile, Sebastian seemed to realize that he's nearly 6'6" and can fight tall.

Where did I say Bootsy HAS to fight a title holder? I said just fight a damn world class guy. He could fight Madrimov, bohachuk, Tim tzyzu or any of the current title holder not named Abass Baraou. He not going anywhere near anyone BUT baraou though. He has a pattern of this. Again I have to paint to you that Ortiz has over 25% of his opponents on the world class level. Bootsy has ONE “world class” opponent. Less than 3% of his opponents in 35 fights. It’s just crazy to even try to compare this two fighters.
