As a boxing fan it would be great for the sport if those two were to rumble. It would be a crowd pleasing fight. However, from Bud’s perspective. He is looking at the end game.

This scenario is very reminiscent of Crawford’s calling out Pacquiao in 2016. However, Manny Pacquiao, Freddie Roach and Bob Arum quickly nipped it in the Bud; No pun intended.

Kambosos vs Haney was not a big fight.
1. No one knows who kambozo is
2. anyone who even knew about the fight knew it was a severe mismatch(which is the only way Eddie Hearn would’ve made the fight we all know this)

As for Tim Tszyu, there is one thing that is certain, he is only 30 years old and his career is pretty much over. A lot of guys have suffered multiple losses and still had great careers - Cotto, Hopkins, Mosley, Khan etc.
Tim is done fighting elite level fighters. Period.

i dont remember that much hype about katsidis horn or kambo lol but yeah tim got some hype being a famous boxers son may have added to that im sure, tim gave lanky all he could handle with a vicious cut & basically took all the hard fights and paid for it, he could easily have rejected lanky short notice after thurman and taken the easy route fighting guys at home as well

All I can say at this point. If Jaron Ennis the fighter lived up to Jaron Ennis the hypetrain skill wise, he should be calling out every fighter from 154 to 168. Finding a path to make himself mandatory for all of the best beltholders. He should have the shiek on speed dial ready to fight every name given to him. Right now.

Because he is literally talked about like a legendary bogeyman and has never even fought an elite fighter. He has looked pedestrian in many of his fights, mainly when he stepped up from C level opponent to B level opponent.

Admit that if Tim had gone the same route as your hero Bootsy he would also be undefeated and let’s be honest he’d have more KOs than Bootsy. Now out Bootsy against all of Tim’s opponents.
