Usyk is unbeatable, that's what his record and legacy have proven. That said, Itauma may be his late arriving kryptonite. I see it as a 5050 fight. They are the only two hwts that matter right now. the rest are all optional defenses.

Itauma has done nothing but beat a one legged Dillian Whyte. If he and his team want the fight then get Turki to pony up the money and get him a serious opponent where a win will have the public demanding an Usyk fight.

Realistically, a Fury trilogy makes more sense for Usyk, despite winning two. Still huge money and they were good competitive fights.

We have no idea how good Itauma is but he's not even been at world level yet. He might get flattened at any good level, never mind be Usyk.

I'm still not even sure Usyk beat Briedis. It was close and he got the decision so I have no complaints but I thought it was a draw or 7-5 Briedis. Id have to rewatch it but I remember at the time thinking Usyk might have escaped with a win be arguably shouldn't have.

So the problem is Usyk either waits another 2 years and fights him at 40 when he has a bigger resume and usyk is past it

Moses Itauma is the most formidable dangerous threat to Usyk but since Itauma brutalized Whyte KO 1 Usyk still has not issued any kind of statement or comment which boxing fans are clamoring to hear. Itauma and his trainer said he will fight Usyk next if the opportunity arises, it would be a win-win situation to gain that experience of competing with an all time great in his prime. But nothing from Usyk. Is Usyk hiding and avoiding the topic? Boxing media has to get on it and get to work tracking Usyk down, we want to hear what Usyk thinks of Itauma asap. Usyk is unbeatable against the 21 pros and 5 heavyweights he has fought, in the amateurs he was beatable 12 times.

The fact that Usyk has only fought 3 world level heavyweights and has people calling him the GOAT is frankly astonishing

Any heavyweight ATG goes through Usyks heavyweight run unbeaten and probably wins all by stoppage too
