Why are AA's so slick when Africans are stiff?

I don't understand this phenomenon, AA's are slick and jive, with almost rubber bones as they contort and dance in the ring, presenting an almost impossible target

But African fighters are usually stuff tough lumps of wood with little to no rythm

Why is that
