This is how the sanctioning bodies can actually do some good, ordering a fight between top fighters who have different promoters and forcing them to negotiate or go to purse bids.

If Arum and Muratalla don’t like the IBF “playing matchmaker” then they can drop the belt and f-ck off.

I thought this was announced months ago? Anyways, this is a really good scrap. Hopefully it will be free or at least a relatively affordable PPV since neither of them have star power for casuals.
